DISCLAIMER AND INSTRUCTIONS
Reprogramming efficacy, in my experience and research, runs near a general system of thirds:
One third of people are highly susceptible to going into hypnotic trance. This does not mean they are stupid or gullible, instead it is probably parts of the brain that are stronger or easier for them to access. This type of person will often to be drawn to other hypnosis like reprogramming experiences, things like regularly zoning out to exercise, not being bothered by taking very long drives, listening to headphones at night while sleeping or to help them sleep, getting seriously into a certain song to where they want to hear it over and over for the way it makes them feel. These people tend to absorb suggestions very easily in the moment but practice is still crucial for long term success with any goal.
One third of people are slightly less susceptible, these people may wander or rise and fall through trances. Reprogramming can be just as effective with this group as long as practice is repetitive and done on a schedule, then ideally utilized toward a specific desire or goal. This will strengthen their mental muscles enough for them to fully enjoy what reprogramming can do.
One third of people are much less susceptible, whether this is truly a mental or biological reality and not just a person who is averse to control, not ready to do it, does not fully understand what it is and what it is not, or some disconnect or miscommunication. They may feel it is hard to access a certain mental state, hold focus, or struggle with too many thoughts trying to pull them away from the programming. These people would benefit most from exploring trance solo, focusing on the areas they are most skilled with, for instance imagery or body responses, to help them deepen both their understanding and skill level. A lighter, more self controlled exploration of the programming can show them their own strengths which they can continue to develop.
BEST METHOD is to use headphones, practice regularly, with intervals between training. One goal to reach is the simple goal of having done your reprogramming practice so many times that you can utitlize a trigger on your own, out in the world. The breathing protocol is the easiest to develop this kind of control for a novice.
